New Public Website: The first thing you’ll notice when you come to our web site is the brand new look and feel. It’s been re-designed and built from the ground up. With a brand new interface you’ll find navigation much easier and our re-written content explains our service better than ever. We’ve even added an examples area that shows how our service can work with your web site.

To make it easier for digital content buyers we’ve also added an easy access License Key Reset Request page for buyers that are having issues downloading their content.

New Affiliate Control Panel: If you’re a DCC Affiliate you’ll notice a brand new Affiliate Control Panel. The overall design includes updated navigation and a wider interface to accommodate better viewing of account information.

We are in the process of creating brand new advertising banners too. They should be done by mid-late September.

New Client Control Panel: If you’re a DCC Client you’ll really love the brand new Client Control Panel. Re-designed from the ground up our new platform provides a wide format layout for better data viewing, an easy to navigate top-down navigation system and smooth operational flow that decreases the time spent entering data.

This new platform also provides a launch point four our newest service offering, membership services, coming in 2011.

Re-Organized Blog: We’ve updated our blog and simplified our categories from eight categories to four categories. Our new categories are designed to get you to information fast. The new categories are:

Client Control Panel Upgrades

Google Checkout: We welcome the addition of Google Checkout to our all-star line up of integrated payment processors. As a non-merchant account payment processor, Google Checkout can be used in addition to PayPal Standard and MicroPayment. Our merchant account lineup includes Authorize.net, First Data/LinkPoint, eProcessing Network, SkipJack, USAePay and Network Merchants.

We’ll be adding new processors in the future. If there’s a provider you would like to see, let us know.

Longer Content Titles: You now have more room for content titles. Now that more characters are allowed you can dial in your content titles.

Internal Product Codes: This feature allows you to specify an internal product code for your digital content. Internal product codes are also added to reports for ease of tracking and sorting content sold.

Custom Shop Preview: With this new feature you can now view your Custom Shop Page as well as the Confirmation page and Download Page. Being able to see this allows you to made edits and view prior to going live.

Merchant Account Signup Form: If you are without a merchant account and want to apply to accept credit cards you can now do so within the Client Control Panel.

New Ebook Formats: We’ve added the ability to upload and sell MobiPocket (Kindle) and ePub (Apple’s iBook service for iPad/iPhone/iPod, Sony’s eReader, Barnes & Noble’s Nook). All clients can sell these formats from their account. When a buyer buys these formats they can sync them with their device.

Newly Designed Coupon Code Page: We re-designed the coupons page to allow management of coupons to be a snap. Standard Coupons, Repeat Business Coupons and One Click Up-Sell Coupons are now in their own segmented areas and allow quick input.

Single Purchase – Multiple Download: You can now sell a single item and deliver multiple items to your customers with the Single Purchase Multiple Download feature. Available on Basic Accounts and above this most requested feature is now ready for use. After you’ve uploaded all of your digital content you can choose the primary digital content file then add other digital content files to the list to be delivered when the primary content is sold and delivered.

Customized Confirmation Page and Confirmation Emails: You now have the ability to add your own message to the sales confirmation page and emails.

Special Instructions for Confirmation Page and Confirmation Emails: You now have the ability to add special instructions to the confirmation page and confirmation email at the item level.

New Overwrite Digital Content Process: In the past our edit content screen was a bit hard to work with. Now when editing (overwriting) digital content the process is nice and easy.

Easy to Read Digital Content Overview Screen: We have also revised this screen so that you can get a snapshot of all of your digital content in a single location. With our wider format we were also able to add columns to help you better focus in on the particular content you want to see.

Easily Recognizable Vendor Logos: We’ve added vendor logos to help you dial in on features that may be unfamiliar at first glance. With added logos you’ll know what a feature is immediately.

Updated Help Tutorials: With all the new features we’ve added we’ve also added to our existing Help Tutorials plus we are now starting to work on our video tutorials and hope to start posting later this fall and into next year.

Custom Shop Checkout Page Upgrades

Updated PayPal Buy Button for Custom Shop: We’ve designed a new, more recognizable PayPal buy button with credit card logos. Buyers can now associate using their credit cards to pay through PayPal.

Apply Coupon Code Button for Custom Shop: This feature allows buyers to easily apply a coupon code to their order and see the discount immediately.

Buy Button “Other Products Available” Feature Upgrade

As most of you know when a buyer clicks on a buy button from your website the custom shop page shows the primary product(s) that are associated with the buy button. Then a list of “Other Products Available from this Vendor” would immediately show beneath.

This new feature allows you to show only the features products for each buy button without the “Other Products Available from this Vendor” list of products.

When you are on the Buy Buttons & Audio Widgets page, choose the buy button that you want to use, then select a product or entire category of products and use the checkbox to either show or not show “Other Products Available from this Vendor”.

This feature is a great feature if you are trying to keep products separated.

Upgraded Custom Shop Terms of Service Text

Our Custom Shop set up page allows you to choose between a link or text to show your terms and conditions of your sales. Upon popular request we have created a new popup format for those clients that are using the Text Terms Type.

On the Custom Shop Page, buyers that click the link to view your terms will see a popup screen similar to our help system popup screens that allow them to view your terms.

Updated and Upgraded Help System

We have updated the help system with additional instructions on using the system. We also provided a new interface for easy reading.

If you sell digital downloads on eBay you can now use the Digital Content Center system to securely deliver them automatically.

With our eBay integration you no longer have to send buyers separate emails and use a single download page, which can be passed around. Our system connects directly to your paypal account and when a transaction is processed our system sends the buyer a dedicated license key and link.

This feature is available to all account levels. Setup can be found in the client control panel under Checkout Management.

Feature 2 – Secure Delivery for Clickbank Transactions

If you use Clickbank to sell downloads you can now use Digital Content Center to securely deliver your digital products.

With our Clickbank integration the buyer automatically gets your download page, including a unique one use license key, after the transaction has been approved.

This feature is available to all account levels. Setup can be found in the client control panel under Checkout Management.

Feature 3 – Reset License Key Feature

This request has been widely requested and is now ready for use.

When a customer needs a license key reset all they have to do is request it online. By going to our contact page (http://www.digitalcontentcenter.com/contact-support.php) and using the Reset License Key link a customer can input his/her order number and the email that was used for the order and upon submission you will be contacted via email with a request. You can then approve or deny the request directly from the control panel. Upon approval the license key that was used for original purchase is re-activated for another single use and the customer will get an email notification. If denied the customer will also get an email.

This feature is available to all account levels and can be found in the client control panel under Control Panel Main.

Feature 4 – Add a Feature for $149.95

Need a feature added to your account? We now offer customization of your account for only $149.95 when you are on the $24.95 package.

Feature 5 – Express Setup

Express Setup Service is now available to clients that find that their hectic schedules don’t allow complete attention to their digital downloads business.

For new clients just choose the Express Setup option when signing up. For existing customers just give us a call and we’ll professionally setup your products, descriptions, images, etc…

If you are selling other peoples digital products you can now track the sale of each product by using the Resale Rights Reporting Feature.

When creating a new digital product just use the Resale Rights Tracking fields and the Artist, Songwriter and/or Publisher along with their royalty will be posted into the sales report.

This feature allows you to define a primary product that the buyer must purchase and with that purchase they can get instant savings on other products that you define.

A noticeable “Special Offers” area will appear on the custom shop checkout page telling the buyer about special offers they qualify for.

Feature 2 – Return Visit Promotions

A great feature for getting repeat business.

This feature allows you to create a coupon code and associated text that is delivered to your buyer at the confirmation page and in the confirmation email and allows them to save money (a dollar amount or percentage) on their next purchase.
